Lightfoots LLP, a leading law firm, seeks a Paralegal to join their Litigation Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support on banking & finance dispute resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain electronic case files, ensuring seamless workflow entries and client instructions.
  • Prepare high-quality legal documents and statements using templates or from scratch.
  • Manage Court bundles preparation, filing, and serving with precision.
  • Liaise with advocates for timely instructions and effective communication.
  • Nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and account for fees with attention to detail.
  • Support Fee Earners with meticulous file management.
  • Perform various administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [£30,000 - £40,000] per annum salary is expected, reflecting your experience and qualifications in paralegal roles, preferably in litigation supporting fee earners.   • Previous paralegal experience is essential, with a solid understanding of litigation procedures and practices.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with advocates and clients.
  • A high level of attention to detail is vital for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent time management skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Working Arrangements:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
  • Located in person at our office, allowing for face-to-face collaboration and interaction with colleagues and clients.
