Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Financial Officer will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including:

• Managing finances in and out of the alliance's accounts
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
• Recording accounts payable and receivable, and updating internal systems with financial data
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Participating in financial audits and tracking bank deposits and payments

You will need to be a self-motivated and organized individual, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of Microsoft Office and experience using Excel spreadsheets effectively is also essential. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus 25 days holiday per year pro rata.
