Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:","Responsibilities": "• Deliver a great customer experience and achieve agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles within a compliant sales process
• Provide customers with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase, maintaining product knowledge and being aware of sales promotions and quarterly campaigns
• Follow up and prospect customers to maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, maintaining adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log
• Comply with FCA obligations and F&I sales process while completing training programs as required
• Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical, and all cosmetic features
• Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner
• Attend manufacturer training as required

• A minimum of 2 years selling experience
