Retail Sales Advisor Role at Nisbets

We are looking for a talented Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Nisbets. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will contribute to the daily operations of the store, delivering first-class customer service and achieving excellent store sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met and customers repeatedly return.
  • Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and ATV to maximize profitability of the store.
  • Contribute to the store outreach plan, using your local knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Partake in general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat custom.
  • Accurately complete stock auditing tasks and process customer payment transactions.
  • Be accountable for reading, understanding, and adhering to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
  • Uphold great standards of Cleaning in areas of shop floor, back areas, windows, and fitting rooms.
  • Treat all visitors to the store with respect and consideration, using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to the store.
