Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

Terumo Aortic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead our manufacturing team in delivering high-quality products. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for ensuring stable and effective manufacturing processes, driving process improvements, and enhancing product quality and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfer of new products into manufacturing.
- Conduct root cause investigations and analyze corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Develop and manage the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to address product quality, cost, and design issues.
- Ensure appropriate manufacturing test and validation are performed on materials and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Black Belt in Six Sigma is desirable; Green Belt is satisfactory.
- Solid manufacturing engineering experience is essential.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (SMED, VM, 5S) is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of the medical device manufacturing industry is desirable.
