Contracts Manager/Operations Manager

South Midlands

We are currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor, based in Worcestershire, that has a turnover of circa £60m. The company specializes in delivering civil engineering projects and frameworks, including infrastructure, highways, public realm, etc., for a range of private clients and local authorities. They have now branched out into the water infrastructure sector, both on clean and dirty water schemes.

The successful candidate will be based in the South Midlands and work on schemes within this region, aiding the growth of the region and working on live projects, undertaking works that range in value from £5m – £20m. A strong water infrastructure background will be essential for this position due to plans for the business and the experiences required to fulfill the day-to-day duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and projects within the South Midlands region
  • Work closely with the business to aid growth and development
  • Undertake works on live projects, ranging in value from £5m – £20m
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Salary & Package:

  • Up to £90,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave plus stats
