Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious lawyer to take on a leadership role in our Corporate Commercial team.

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate/Team Leader, you will be responsible for heading up the Corporate Commercial team and advising on high-value, strategically important nationwide and international projects. You will work closely with our clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, disposals, joint ventures, incentives and liabilities, shareholder agreements, and general commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy caseload of matters, including corporate transactions and commercial contracts
  • Supervise junior fee earners and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of PQE experience in Corporate Commercial law
  • Proven track record of managing complex corporate transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
