About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Proper Pubs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional food quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and contribute to the achievement of company targets.
