**Job Title:** Key Stage 1 Inclusive Education Specialist

We are supporting a school in Brent as they establish a brand-new ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) for Key Stage 1 pupils.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced and dedicated SEND Lead to create a nurturing and innovative environment for pupils with Autism, Speech and Language Difficulties, and other complex needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in SEND education, building relationships with pupils, families, and staff, and holding a relevant teaching qualification and/or SEND leadership experience.

**Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum**
