We are seeking an experienced Editorial Director to lead our sports content team at DAZN. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sports content strategy, working closely with our global platform teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sports content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives engagement with our audience.
  • Work closely with our global platform teams to ensure that our content is editorially and commercially aligned with our objectives.
  • Collaborate with our rights acquisition team to ensure that we are acquiring the best sports content for our audience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our content partners to ensure that we are getting the best content for our audience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of editors to ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our content is relevant and engaging for our audience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sports content development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of the sports media industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
