We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. We also offer overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
  • Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
