About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team at The Imperial Torquay. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, from private dinners and weddings to corporate meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss their event requirements and preferences.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their events run smoothly and according to plan.
  • Develop relationships with regular clients to ensure guest loyalty.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage event billing and payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
