About the Position
">Five Education Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in Frome. This fulfilling role offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people who require additional support.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of how to support children with complex needs, including Autism, Down's Syndrome, and GDD. They will be able to establish strong relationships with pupils who may struggle to engage with learning, and provide them with the necessary support to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Providing one-to-one support to students in class and around the school
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer:
An annual salary of £27,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
