Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Documentation Coordinator to join our team at Wabtec Corporation in Burton on Trent. As a Quality Documentation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating processes, procedures, technical records, and QMS related documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with other departments on documentation issues/updates
  • Leading the updates and maintenance of all documentation
  • Maintaining the QMS system to ensure processes and procedures are up to date

You will generate and update technical documentation, oversee hard and soft document control, and be responsible for archiving and transfer activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this position, you should have previous administration experience, with quality experience/background preferred. You should be confident to interact with other departments, able to understand and interpret processes and procedures, and have a strong skill set in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

A good attention to detail, a team player, and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential. We value people who always put people first and strive to expand what is possible.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
