About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Garment Specialist to partner with our Footwear and Accessories department, with the opportunity to also manage our Swimwear product.

Our Garment Technology team collaborates closely with design and buying departments to ensure the fit and quality of our products, as well as their technical capabilities from initial prototype to delivery.

The successful candidate will assist the technical team by evaluating fit and attending weekly fit sessions throughout the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all technical packs are updated and complete, while keeping suppliers informed of our technical standards and procedures.
  • Conduct monthly store visits and competitor research to maintain commercial awareness of key trends and competitors in our space.
  • Assist the Senior Technologist on risk assessments and wearer trials to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Support the Technical team in driving our sustainable strategy, ensuring our sustainable certification paper trails are maintained and submitted to our Wholesale/Concession partners as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of garment construction and basic pattern cutting, with the ability to participate in fit sessions with guidance from the Technical team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
