We are seeking an experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to fill a permanent position in our team based in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAMHS LD and be able to hit the ground running.
  • A fully clear DBS is required for this role.

As a seasoned professional in the field, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions, including those with learning disabilities.
  2. To develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  3. To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in CAMHS LD care.
