Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated entrepreneurial individual to join our growing team across the country as a Freelance Estate Agent.

About the Role:
As a Self-Employed Real Estate Professional, you will work your own hours in your local area and earn the lion's share of the commissions made from property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create listings and market properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property appraisals
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
