As a Support Tutor for SEN Students, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. You will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to create a safe and stimulating atmosphere that fosters academic growth and emotional well-being.

This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals who wish to balance their work and personal life while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring services to SEN students in Kent, focusing on their individual needs and goals. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting initial assessments to identify student strengths and weaknesses
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress
  • Providing regular updates to parents and guardians
Requirements:
  • Relevant tutoring and/or teaching experience in the UK (at least 12 months)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with students with SEN
Salary and Benefits:

Our competitive salary range is £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a travel contribution of £5 per journey and access to ongoing training and support from experienced education professionals.

  • A 10% incentive for tutors who work 80 hours or more within a 6-month period
