This is an exciting opportunity to work with our market-leading products across skincare and makeup, providing exceptional customer experiences and educating customers on our innovative products. As a Beauty Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights customers.



Key responsibilities include:





  • Providing personalized customer service and product recommendations to customers

  • Creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising

  • Participating in in-store events and promoting our products to a wide range of customers

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and high standards of customer service



We're looking for individuals with a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to working hours. As a Beauty Retail Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of our products, as well as receive extensive training and development.



Competitive industry salary: £5.25 per hour (based on a 15-hour contract).
