Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Transformation Leader to join our team at KPMG, where we reimagine careers in Global Compliance & Transformation (GCT). As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage the overall delivery of tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand clients' priorities and design, build, and deploy automation solutions that are tailored for Tax.
  • Support clients in designing systems that address tax requirements in different countries in the optimal way.
  • Work together with Tax Transformation and GCT colleagues as well as other teams in KPMG such as Consulting.
  • Help clients develop robust global governance and control frameworks.
  • Develop our service offerings and service delivery models.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our GCT team at KPMG, where reimagining tax is a strategic priority for our UK and Global business. You will have the chance to work on clients of all sizes and across a wide range of sectors, from mid-market to FTSE listed groups, from public sector to real estate to financial services.

Earn approximately $130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proactive, curious, committed, and invested in self-development and learning.
  • Resilience, accountability, flexibility, and experience in leading others, managing significant-size engagements, and client relationships.
  • Experience in one or more areas: ERP Transformation, Tax Transformation, and Tax Provision Technology.
  • Strong understanding of key drivers in the tax transformation market, such as BEPS Pillar 2, Making Tax Digital, E-Invoicing, etc.
