Job Title: Production Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled manufacturing operative to support our production processes at Elite Employee Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and skilled wiring or soldering skills. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manufacturing technician to join our team as a Production Operations Coordinator.

About the Role:

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the production process while maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with other teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Your strong technical skills and experience in manufacturing will enable you to make a significant contribution to our company's success.

Responsibilities:
* Support production processes by performing mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and skilled wiring or soldering tasks
* Maintain high quality standards throughout the production process
* Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes
* Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may impact production efficiency or quality
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and workflows

Requirements:
* Skilled mechanical assembly experience
* Electro-mechanical assembly experience
* Strong wiring or soldering skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £38,000 per annum
* Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (with occasional overtime)
