A.D.S Construction Personnel is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. As a key member of our Southern Home Counties business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include undertaking costing activities, measuring completed works, and providing effective financial and contractual control on all contracts allocated within the business unit. You will work closely with the Project Surveyor and other team members to deliver successful outcomes, utilizing your sound working knowledge of the cost coding structure for projects.

  • Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Canterbury, Kent
