Job Summary

As a Chief Pipeline Engineer at oilandgas, you will play a key role in delivering Engineering excellence through the execution of assigned scopes of work, supporting and supervising task delegation to the team, and providing discipline expertise to the business. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring as delegated, managing and supervising direct reports, and adhering to and complying with relevant discipline-specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned scopes of work to deliver Engineering excellence
  • Support and supervise task delegation to the team to ensure effective collaboration
  • Provide discipline expertise to the business to drive technical innovation
  • Coach and mentor team members as delegated to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage and supervise direct reports to ensure their growth and development

Requirements
  • MSc, MEng, or equivalent professional qualification, or BSc, BEng, or equivalent with extensive relevant experience
  • Chartered Engineer or recognized equivalent
  • Competent in own discipline to provide support to the business
  • Demonstrate current knowledge with industry and technology development within discipline
  • Effective communication in written and spoken forms
