We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Labourer to join our team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.



Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus various benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to our candidate reward scheme.



Job Description

As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our tradespeople on site, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process run smoothly and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespeople with tasks such as lifting and shifting materials, clearing walkways, and ensuring site safety.
  • Perform heavy-lifting and general cleaning tasks as required.
  • Work closely with site managers and supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a valid CSCS card, two commercial relevant references, and full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots).
