  4. Build and nurture the team's capabilities, supporting professional growth and creating a cohesive working environment.
  5. Oversee the design and execution of products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and successful delivery of projects.
  6. Ensure that product development processes are optimized and efficient, from initial concept to final execution, maintaining high standards of quality.
  7. Implement strong engineering processes that align with governance standards and industry best practices.
  8. Drive continuous improvements in engineering workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient delivery across the product range.
  9. Act as the technical lead for customer interactions, ensuring clear communication of solutions that meet customer requirements.
  10. Coordinate bid activities with sales and product management, ensuring accurate technical inputs and alignment with customer needs.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on product design and delivery.
  3. A strong track record of applying engineering processes and governance to product development cycles.
  4. Experience leading teams through complex product delivery challenges, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring timely project completion.
  5. Familiarity with power electronics is beneficial, but expertise in product design and delivery is essential.
  6. Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
  7. Strong understanding of engineering processes, product design, and governance, with a focus on delivering results.
  8. Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects and customer engagements.
  9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong customer relationships and managing technical discussions.
