At MTR Crossrail, we are seeking a skilled Freight Conductor to join our team at the Old Oak Common depot. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced drivers to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualified experience driving trains and a proven track record of safety excellence. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
