Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Highways Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing supervisory staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality highway maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of supervisory staff to deliver highway maintenance services
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in highway maintenance or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
