Court of Protection Paralegal Specialist

Gemini Recruitment is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a dedicated Court of Protection Paralegal. This is a highly sought-after permanent position that offers an attractive salary package, a supportive team environment, and real prospects for promotion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with Court of Protection matters, including personal injury trusts, statutory wills, and gift applications. They will also be required to attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases, as well as deal with correspondence and maintain accurate time costing procedures.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background, a Law degree, and legal experience as a Court of Protection Paralegal/Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding and application of Court of Protection, business acumen, and the ability to market the company. Excellent communications skills, analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to use own initiative are also essential.
