Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our dynamic construction project team at Concept Projects Group. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across several sites in the North West, primarily in the Wirral area. This role involves supervising teams of sub-contractors and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are maintained, as well as generating and leading communications into our clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all day-to-day activities on the construction site
* Ensure that workers and subcontractors follow project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
* Conduct safety briefings, audits, and inspections regularly to ensure the site is hazard-free
* Handle onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols
* Liaise between various site teams, contractors, and the project management team
* Monitor work quality and ensure it aligns with the project specifications and standards
* Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize project delays

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in construction projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects to a given deadline
* Strong individual with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members
* Knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (preferable)
* CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS qualification required
