At Meatex Trading Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Meat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our butchery department, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and cut meat products to meet customer requirements
  2. Maintain the quality and freshness of all meat products
  3. FOLLOW PROPER FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES
  4. Ensure a clean and organized work environment
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations on meat selections
  6. Inspect meat deliveries for quality and accuracy
  7. Operate and maintain butcher equipment and tools

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a butcher and possess strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques. A high level of knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects safely are also essential. In addition, you should have an understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures. The salary for this position is approximately $40,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
