Job Title: Investor Relations Associate - Private Equity

Job Summary:

Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our team in London or Europe. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the management of existing Limited Partners (LPs) and assisting with project management for fundraises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the project management of fundraises, including arranging campaigns and roadshows, preparing materials, and pitch decks.
  • Support the management of existing LPs, providing regular updates, information, and exceptional client service.
  • Work closely with senior members of the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in an in-house investor relations role or in the project management arm of a private placement firm, with excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in the private markets, with a natural interest in infrastructure and sustainability.
  • Refined financial and analytical skills, combined with strong attention to detail and fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to operate effectively with autonomy as well as in a team setting.
  • Fluency in French or German.
