Job Title: Nurse Home Manager

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking an experienced Nurse Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Care Home in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Care Home, ensuring all Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are implemented effectively.
  • Allocate resources and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery within the allocated budget.
  • Lead and manage the staff team, providing effective leadership and support to ensure staff have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement actions to achieve agreed targets within identified timescales.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the service, working closely with the Operations Director and Customer Relationship Manager to achieve occupancy targets and deliver within budget.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RNLD) with active PIN.
  • Experience in managing a Care Home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage a team.
