A career opportunity has arisen for a New Product Developer to join the product development team of a dynamic FMCG business based in the Lancing area. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with suppliers, designers, and production teams.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations, while also ensuring efficient project management and timely delivery. To achieve this, you will implement and manage the entire product development process, from initial brainstorming sessions to final product testing and approval.

You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate costs, production methods, and timelines, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
