Dawsongroup plc is a leading provider of commercial assets and temperature control solutions for various industry sectors.

As an Industrial Refrigeration Specialist, you will be responsible for the testing, installation, and repair of refrigeration equipment.

You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers, sharing your skills and expertise to support the development of our apprentices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Testing refrigeration equipment before and after customer usage, replacing parts as needed, and recording F-Gas and calibration results
  • Working on a variety of refrigeration systems
  • Preparing equipment for application according to the production schedule
  • Monitoring the quality of parts and equipment used
  • Identifying areas for improvement and reporting on them
  • Assisting with the development of the installations team and apprentices in the workshop

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • F-Gas qualification
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
