Job Title: Senior Pensions Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pensions Team Leader to join our Performance and Contract Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our B2B & Microtricity portfolio, in line with P&L expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement best practice contract and performance management to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Build a framework to assess and prioritize risk areas across our end-to-end business processes.
  • Lead a suite of project activity focused on improvement opportunities, working across all B2B teams, Operations, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and implement consistent KPIs and governance procedures.
  • Optimize quality and compliance performance through improving BAU assurance and auditing procedures.
  • Support and upskill managers on how to lead effective governance and use performance metrics to facilitate structured decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor B2B & Microtricity KPIs to ensure delivery to target(s) and regulatory obligations.
  • Deliver contract management projects through effective programme management practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate the £ impact of operational performance.
  • Proven experience in scoping and delivering multi-workstream contract management or performance improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
