Job Description

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward our PR and Social Media efforts to support our overall marketing strategy and brand growth. This will involve working multi-channel across our marketing mix, taking ownership and responsibility for campaigns and activity that help drive brand awareness, as well as acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our PR and Social Media channels, including relationships, briefs, and outputs with our Creative and PR agencies.
  • Develop and execute effective PR and Social strategies, with a distinct focus on consumer media and consumer digital channels.
  • Manage Social and PR calendars and execute campaign activity that delivers our commercial and brand objectives.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of our campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Produce market and competitor analysis via research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Manage the PR and Social marketing budget and demonstrate direct ROI to activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate our online reputation and sentiment, as well as provide recommendations and activity to improve it.
  • Contribute towards and help develop multi-channel marketing strategy that facilitates customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • First-hand experience as a manager of PR and Social media channels.
  • Ability to manage agency and 3rd party partners.
  • Ability to identify creative and innovative opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills.
  • Good digital marketing knowledge or savvy.
  • Budget management.
