About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join our team at Derby Audi.

As a Sytner Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles for our customers, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Aftersales Manager and Workshop Controller in guiding other technicians and apprentices.
  • Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Provide expert technical opinions to customers on occasion.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptionally high customer service levels, leading to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for multi-tasking, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

They will also have excellent communication skills, a full driving license, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
