We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at United Utilities. As a key member of our Property Team, you will be responsible for collecting cash payments and negotiating payment plans with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect cash payments from customers and agree realistic payment plans using effective negotiation techniques.
  • Identify and use your own judgement to determine the support available to customers.
