Supportive Teaching Assistant for Birmingham Schools

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and caring teaching assistant to join our team in Birmingham schools. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted interventions and promote academic achievement among students with SEMH/SEND needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH/SEND needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery, adapting materials to meet individual student needs.
What We Offer:
You can expect a salary of around £28,000-£40,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working with students with SEMH/SEND needs, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
