We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice at our Nature Trails Day Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments.
  • Plan and implement opportunities to enhance children's development and complete observations linked to the early years curriculum.
  • Interact positively with all nursery users and work in partnership with colleagues and parents to ensure all children's individual needs are met.
  • Adhere to nursery routines and policies and seek guidance from your leadership team as required.

  • An hourly pay rate of £6.55, increasing to £10 per hour after 6 months and £11.44 per hour after 12 months.

Requirements

  • Residency in the UK for at least 3 years.
  • Comfortable with traveling to and from group training sessions in Newport Pagnell.
