Complex Care Assistant

About the Role:
Care for the unique needs of others as a Complex Care Assistant with Sonderwell. You will be working with clients who require complex care, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, tracheostomy care, and oxygen therapy.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
- Work independently or as part of a team, providing support to clients in their own homes.
- Participate in online and classroom training to develop your skills and knowledge in complex care.
