About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our sterile manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile manufacturing, with experience in aseptic and terminally sterile facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the required standards, and that our products are safe and effective for our customers.

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will work closely with our production team to identify and implement process improvements, and to ensure that all quality control procedures are in place and functioning effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet the required standards for quality and compliance
  • Work closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality-related activities are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • Eligible QP status within the UK
  • Experience in sterile manufacturing, preferably in aseptic and terminally sterile facilities
  • Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to work in a small and dynamic team
  • Willingness to travel to site for training and on occasions as required
