About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineering Lead to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of Systems Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Engineering Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Systems Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Systems Engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Systems Engineering Process: Develop and implement Systems Engineering processes and tools to ensure the effective delivery of solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in Systems Engineering, including experience with Systems Engineering tools and methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
