Our General Practice Director will take ownership of key areas to drive success for both the firm and its clients, including ensuring efficient service delivery, leading business development, strengthening client relationships, and overseeing firm risk exposure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. The estimated salary for this role is £90,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience. A strategic thinker with commercial acumen, adept at delivering innovative results, you'll be able to drive success for both the firm and its clients. You'll have authority to sign off on routine accounts, tax returns, general advice, and quotes for new business (excluding specialist advice or matters related to audit and assurance). We're looking for someone with ACA or ACCA qualification and significant experience in a senior leadership position.
