About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Italian Cuisine Manager to join our Prezzo family. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of Italian cuisine
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to drive kitchen innovation and improvement
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
