About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of marketing spend and maximum return on investment.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on leadership or management roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
