Care Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care duties, such as bathing, dressing, and continence care, in their own homes within the village.
- Support at mealtimes, serving meals in residents' apartments or within the care home, and help promote mental and physical activity through hobbies and interests.
- Answer emergency calls when the care alert system is activated and work with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals as needed.
- Admin duties, including keeping accurate records and maintaining full documentation at all times.
Requirements:
You will have experience working in a care or dementia setting, or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Above all, you will be passionate about caring for others, respecting people's choices, and prioritizing their safety and welfare.
