Procurement Associate Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team at CK Group. As a Procurement Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement function, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and provide timely updates and feedback.
  • Facilitate and support inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain and produce reports associated with travel transactions, invoices, and purchase order spend tools.
  • Provide invoice and resolution support for travel, corporate card, and global site-specific purchase order processes and transactions.
Requirements:
  • Administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proficient PC skills and clear understanding of utilizing MS applications.
  • Working knowledge and experience within a procurement admin function, a distinct advantage.
  • High energy, self-starter, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skillset.

Location:

This role is part-time for 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day over a 5-day working week. The role is based at our client's site in Bathgate.
