We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team at CK Group. As a Procurement Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement function, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to stakeholder queries and provide timely updates and feedback.
- Facilitate and support inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain and produce reports associated with travel transactions, invoices, and purchase order spend tools.
- Provide invoice and resolution support for travel, corporate card, and global site-specific purchase order processes and transactions.
- Administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience.
- Proficient PC skills and clear understanding of utilizing MS applications.
- Working knowledge and experience within a procurement admin function, a distinct advantage.
- High energy, self-starter, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skillset.

Location:This role is part-time for 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day over a 5-day working week. The role is based at our client's site in Bathgate.
