We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic and Communities Marketing Executive to join our team at BTL Aesthetics.

Your Role

As an Academic and Communities Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of inbound leads through our CRM platform. This includes ensuring timely communication with the sales team, executing the digital communications calendar, and spearheading the creation of local social media content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the distribution of inbound leads and ensure timely communication with the sales team
  • Execute the digital communications calendar, including email, social, and WhatsApp channels
  • Spearhead the creation of local social media content using Canva and create content briefs for shoots
  • Capture video content when required, guided by the Senior Marketing Specialist
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather content and timeline for inclusion in digital communication
  • Ensure digital marketing content aligns with BTL's brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging and visual presentation
  • Implement a robust proofreading process to ensure accuracy across all communications
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Mailchimp) and excellent copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, although comprehensive training will be provided
