Job Summary


We are seeking an ambitious Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our team. This role involves working on a diverse caseload of possession proceedings, occupation issues, and injunctions, providing expert advice to Receivers. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.



Key Responsibilities



  • Managing a portfolio of litigation cases, including possession proceedings, occupation issues, and injunctions
  • Providing expert advice to Receivers on complex legal matters
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues


Requirements


The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' PQE in commercial litigation and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.



What We Offer


Sacco Mann offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
